Kentucky Hot Brown Sandwich with Extra Melt White Cheese Sauce and Alfredo Sauce

Yield: 60 open-face sandwiches | Serving Size: 1 open-face sandwich with 2 ounces cheese sauce

Ingredients

  • 15 ounces | Bacon, cooked, crumbled or chopped
  • 11 1/4 pounds | Roast turkey, sliced
  • 6 pounds | Tomatoes, sliced

Preparation

STEP 1

Combine Extra Melt Cheese Sauce and Alfredo Sauce in large saucepan; heat over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, to 165°F for 15 seconds. Hold warm until service or chill immediately.

STEP 2

Tobuild sandwich, top each slice of bread with turkey and sliced tomatoes. Top with 2 ounces sauce; sprinkle with crumbled bacon. Serve immediately.
