Cook macaroni to al dente according to manufacturer's instruction. Drain.
Combine Ultimate White Cheese Sauce, jalapeños, water and garlic powder in large bowl. Stir until well combined.
Add macaroni, turkey bacon and green onions to sauce mixture; toss to combine. Cover pasta until ready to portion.

Pasta type will affect viscosity of the pasta salad. If the pasta salad is too tight, add milk or water to loosen. If a creamier salad is desired, cut pasta amount in half for a 1 M/MA and 1 oz. eq. grain recipe. Note this will affect nutrition.
