Preparation
STEP 1
Portion Ultimate White Cheese Sauce into soufflé cups using #12 scoop (3 ounces). Cover soufflé cups; refrigerate immediately.
CCP: Maintain cold food at 41°F or below
STEP 2
When ready to assemble kits/bentos, portion ingredients into separate compartments in desired container:
1 soufflé cup cheese sauce
1/4 cup white beans
1/2 cup bell pepper and onion blend
2 ounces tortilla chips
STEP 3
Cover containers; keep refrigerated until service.

Add extra toppings such as banana peppers if desired, but note that this will affect overall nutrition.
