Italian Chicken Salad recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 (106-ounce) pouch | Land O Lakes® Ultimate White Cheese Sauce
  • 7 pounds 4 ounces | Frozen fully cooked diced (1/2 inch) chicken, thawed
  • 25 ounces (5 cups) | Green bell peppers, diced
  • 25 ounces (5 cups) | Red bell peppers, diced
  • 20 ounces (5 cups) | Celery, diced
  • 15 ounces (2 1/2 cups) | Red onions, diced
  • 3 ounces (3/4 cup) | Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons | Granulated garlic
  • 2 teaspoons | Dried Italian seasoning, if desired

Preparation

STEP 1

Combine all ingredients in large bowl.

STEP 2

Refrigerate immediately.
