Refrigerate immediately. Hold cold until service.

Serve as component in assorted bento box. Add additional 1/4 cup vegetable like carrots or cucumbers, 2 oz. eq. grain of crackers and 1/2 cup fruit for full reimbursable grab-and-go meal.
Serve salad in or with a pita or serve it as filling in a wrap.
