Preparation
STEP 1
Preheat skillet over medium heat. Spray pan with nonstick release spray.
STEP 2
Sauté onions and peppers until softened.
STEP 3
To assemble sandwich, layer each hoagie with 1 1/2 ounces roast beef and 1/4 cup vegetable mixture. Ladle each sandwich with 1 1/2 ounces Ultimate White Cheese Sauce Blend.
STEP 4
Serve immediately.

CCP: Maintain hot food at 135°F or above
