Preparation
STEP 1
Prepare hamburger patties according to manufacturer's instruction. Hold warm until service.
CCP: Maintain hot food at 140°F or above
STEP 2
To buikd burgers, top bun half with:
1 hamburger patty
1 slice Pepper Jack Cheese
1 tablespoon jalapeño slices
2 teaspoons hot sauce
Top half of bun
STEP 3
Serve immediately or hold warm until service.
CCP: Heat to 165°F for at least 15 seconds
CCP: Maintain hot food at 140°F or above
