Inferno Burger with Readi-Pac Pepper Jack Cheese Slice

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups | Fresh jalapeño pepper rings
  • 1 cup | Low-sodium hot sauce

Preparation

STEP 1

Prepare the hamburger patties according to manufacturer's directions.  Hold warm.

STEP 2

To assemble burgers, top bottom hamburger bun with:
1 hamburger patty
1 slice Pepper Jack Cheese
1 tablespoon jalapeño slices
2 teaspoons hot sauce
Top of hamburger bun

STEP 3

Serve immediately or hold warm until service.

CCP: Heat to 165°F for at least 15 seconds
CCP: Maintain hot food at 135°F or above
