Heat Extra Melt Cheese Sauce, 2 teaspoons curry powder and garlic powder in large saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally. Hold warm until service.
To make filling, combine potatoes, peas, onion, 4 teaspoons curry powder, salt and cayenne in large bowl; stir until well mixed.
Place 2 tablespoons filling in center of each won ton wrapper; brush edges of wrappers with water. Fold top two corners of each wrapper to center, overlapping slightly; pinch tops to seal. Fold bottom of each up to form triangle, wrapping bottom corners around samosa. Pinch corners on side, pressing seams to seal well.
Fry samosas 3 minutes or until lightly browned and crispy. Drain on paper towels before serving with side of Curried Cheese Sauce. Garnish with cilantro, if desired.
