Huevos Rancheros Breakfast Bowl with Queso Bravo® Cheese Dip

Yield: 125 ounces | Serving Size: 1 cup rice mixture

Ingredients

  • 14 | Pasteurized eggs, cooked as desired
  • 7 ounces (14 tablespoons) | Enchilada sauce
  • Garnish | Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • To taste | Salt
  • To taste | Pepper

Preparation

STEP 1

Sauté onions and bell peppers in butter until softened. Combine onion mixture, black beans, brown rice and Queso Bravo® Cheese Dip; heat to 165°F.

STEP 2

Portion 1 cup rice mixture into bowl to serve; top with 1 egg. Drizzle with 1 tablepoon enchilda sauce; sprinkle with cilantro and salt and pepper to taste.
