Preparation
STEP 1
Combine sweet and spicy cheese sauce ingredients in half hotel pan. Cover and heat in steamer to 165°F. Hold warm.
STEP 2
Split and open hoagie.
STEP 3
Lay four slices of chicken ham on each half of roll.
STEP 4
Top each hoagie half with two pineapple halves, four halves total.
STEP 5
Drizzle 3/4 ounce sweet and spicy cheese sauce over pineapple and ham.
STEP 6
Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon green onion, if desired.
STEP 7
Close sandwich, wrap in foil. Hold warm until serving.
