Hawaiian Ham and Cheese Sliders recipe

Ingredients

  • 96 (0.5-ounce) slices (3 pounds) | Turkey ham
  • 1 to 2 cups | Crushed pineapple, drained

Preparation

STEP 1

Spray two full hotel pans with release spray or line with parchment paper.

STEP 2

Place bottom halves of buns in prepared pans (24 per pan). Top each with 1 Cracker Cut, 2 slices turkey ham, 1-2 tsp pineapple and 1 more Cracker Cut, centered over bun. Cover with top halves of buns.

STEP 3

Cover with parchment paper and tightly seal pans with foil.

STEP 4

Bake sandwiches at 350°F until cheese is melted and sandwich is heated to 165°F for 15 seconds.

CCP: Heat to 165°F for at least 15 seconds
CCP: Maintain hot food at 140°F or above
