Heat cheese sauce according to pouch directions. Hold warm until service.
Heat Clarified Butter in medium sauté pan. Add bell peppers, tomato and onion; sauté lightly until tender-crisp.
Add hash browns and sausage to skillet. Toss to combine; cook until heated through.
To build plate, place skillet items on serving plate; top with 2 ounces warm Queso Bravo.
