Hash Brown Skillets with Queso Bravo Dip

Yield: 10 servings | Serving Size: 6 oz. hash browns, 1 oz. meat, 2 oz. veggies, 2 oz. cheese sauce

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces | Tomato, seeded, diced
  • 6 ounces | Onion, diced
  • 60 ounces | Hash browns, cooked
  • 10 ounces | Italian or breakfast sausage, cooked, crumbled

Preparation

STEP 1

Heat cheese sauce via one of the methods located on the pouch.

STEP 2

In a medium sauté pan, heat Clarified Butter.  Add peppers, tomato, and onion and lightly sauté until crisp tender.

STEP 3

Add hash browns and sausage to skillet.  Toss to combine and cook until heated through.

STEP 4

To serve:  Place skillet items on serving plate and top with 2 ounces Queso Bravo.
Note:  Recipe is written for 10 sevings; would be prepared 1 portion at a time.
