Preparation
STEP 1
Sauté gyro meat and red onion until gyro meat is hot and onions are tender.
STEP 2
Add Extra Melt Cheese Sauce, 1 ounce feta cheese and pasta; heat to 165°F for 15 seconds.
STEP 3
Place mixture in bowl and top with Tzatziki sauce, green onion, tomato, cucumber and remaining feta cheese.
