Gruyere and Gouda Mac and Cheese with Extra Melt® Cheese Sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces (1 cup) | Gouda cheese, shredded
  • 4 ounces (1 cup) | Gruyère cheese, shredded
  • 1 1/2 cups | Panko bread crumbs, toasted

Preparation

STEP 1

Cook pasta according to manufacturer's instruction; drain.

STEP 2

Meanwhile, heat Extra Melt® Cheese Sauce, milk, Gouda cheese and Gruyère cheese in large saucepan until cheese is melted.

STEP 3

Combine cheese sauce and drained pasta. Pour into steam table pan sprayed with release spray; sprinkle with panko. Bake until golden and bubbly.
