Gruyere and Gouda Mac and Cheese with Extra Melt White Cheese Sauce

Yield: 19 cups | Serving Size: 1 cup

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces | Whole milk
  • 24 ounces | Pasta, dry
  • 1 1/2 cups | Panko breadcrumbs, toasted

Preparation

STEP 1

In large saucepan, heat Extra Melt Cheese Sauce, Gruyere, Gouda and whole milk until cheese is melted.

STEP 2

Mix sauce with pasta that has been cooked according to manufacterers directions.  Pour into sprayed steam table pan.  Sprinkle with panko crumbs and bake until golden and bubbly.
