Heat Extra Melt Cheese Sauce using desired method to 165°F. Stir in hot sauce. Hold warm until service.
Heat grill to medium heat. Rinse chicken wings; pat dry. Toss wings in large bowl with salt and pepper.
Place wings onto hot grill. Cook on one side 2 minutes or until grill marks appear; turn wings over. Cook 2 minutes or until grill marks appear. Continue cooking until internal temperature of wings reaches 165°F. (Once grill marks appear, reduce heat or move wings to cooler section of grill to finish cooking.)
Toss grilled wings in warm cheese sauce. Transfer to serving plate. Garnish with celery sticks and blue cheese, as desired. Serve with dressing of choice.
