Grilled Broccoli with Extra Melt® Yellow Cheese Sauce

Grilled Broccoli recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon | Crushed red pepper flakes
  • As desired | Salt
  • As desired | Pepper
  • 2 | Lemons, cut in half

Preparation

STEP 1

Heat Extra Melt® Cheese Sauce according to manufacturer's instruction. Stir in shredded cheese until melted. Hold hot until service.

STEP 2

Toss broccoli, olive oil and red pepper flakes in large bowl. Season with salt and pepper, as desired.

STEP 3

Grill over medium-high heat until broccoli is cooked through and slightly charred. Place lemons on grill, cut-side down. Grill until lemons are slightly charred.

STEP 4

To serve, plate 4 ounces broccoli. Squeeze grilled lemon half over each serving. Top with hot cheese sauce.
