Green Bean Casserole with Ultimate White Cheese Sauce

Preparation

STEP 1

Preheat oven to 375°F.

STEP 2

Divide green beans evenly between two steam table pans.

STEP 3

Combine Ultimate White Cheese Sauce with onion powder and pepper.

STEP 4

Divide cheese sauce mixture evenly between two pans and spread over beans.

STEP 5

Combine Mozzarella and fried onions.  Divide evenly.

STEP 6

Top each pan with cheese and onion blend.

STEP 7

Cover with foil.  Bake 50 minutes, until casserole reaches 165°F for 15 seconds.

CCP: Heat to 165°F for at least 15 seconds

STEP 8

Remove foil.  Bake an additional 10 minutes until the topping is golden.

STEP 9

Serve immediately or hold warm until service.

CCP: Maintain hot food at 135°F or above
