Frozen Gingersnap Coconut Lime Squares

Ingredients

  • CRUST INGREDIENTS
  • 1/3 cup | Land O Lakes® Butter softened or melted
  • 1 3/4 cups | Crushed gingersnap cookies, crumb texture
  • 3 tablespoons | Sugar

  • FILLING INGREDIENTS

Preparation

STEP 1

Heat Cream Sauce Base to 165°F for 15 seconds using one of the methods provided on the back of package.  Cool the product to less than 41°F.

STEP 2

In medium bowl combine all crust ingredients, press evenly into bottom of a half hotel pan.  Set aside.

STEP 3

In large bowl stir all filling ingredients until well combined.  Spread filling over prepared crust.

STEP 4

Cover and freeze until firm, recommend 8 hours or overnight.

STEP 5

Let sit at room temperature until easy to cut into squares, about 30 to 60 minutes.  Serve with fresh fruit or berries.
