Combine all ingredients except lasagna noodles and mozzarella in mixer fitted with paddle attachment; beat until ingredients are evenly distributed.
To build lasagnas, layer 1/2 ounce (1 tablespoon) sauce, 1 lasagna noodle, 4 ounces (1/2 cup) sauce and 1 ounce cheese in 16-ounce microwave-safe containers. Repeat all but 1/2-ounce sauce layer until there are 3 layers of noodles, ending with cheese; cover. Assemble at least 24 hours before heating to ensure tender noodles. Hold cold for take-out.
To eat, loosely cover container. Microwave 8-10 minutes or until temperature reaches 165°F. Let stand 5 minutes before eating.
Break lasagna noodes to fit the containers. Place pieces together when layering, if needed.
