Fire-Roasted Cheesy Sweet Corn Dip with Extra Melt® Cheese Sauce

Yield: 3 servings | Serving Size: 6 ounces corn, 4 ounces cheese sauce, 2 ounces cheese

Preparation

STEP 1

Heat Extra Melt® Cheese Sauce according to manufacturer's instruction.

STEP 2

Combine warm cheese sauce and 2 ounces Cotija cheese in medium saucepan. Heat to 165°F, stirring occasionally. (The Cotija may not fully melt.) Hold warm until service.

STEP 3

For each serving: combine 6 ounces corn, 4 ounces cheese sauce and 2 ounces Extra Melt® Shreds in small bowl. Transfer to heatproof serving dish. Top with 1 ounce cheese shreds and 1 tablespoon Cotija cheese.

STEP 4

Broil until cheese is melted and golden brown. 

STEP 5

Sprinkle with Tajin seasoning, if desired.
