Heat Macaroni and Cheese with Whole Grain according to package directions. Keep warm in pouch until ready to assemble.
CCP: Maintain hot food at 135°F or above
Combine ground beef, seasoned beans, 1 3/4 cups salsa and Mexican seasoning. Mix well. Set aside.
Remove macaroni and cheese from pouch and add to full steam table pan.
Top macaroni and cheese with ground beef mixture, then Monterey Jack and Mild Cheddar Cheese Blend.
Cover. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in 350°F oven until heated through and internal temperature reaches 165°F for 15 seconds.
CCP: Heat to 165°F for at least 15 seconds
Hold covered and warm until ready to serve. Serve with additional salsa, if desired.
