To make sauce, combine Extra Melt Monterey Jack Cheese Sauce and Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese with Jalapeños in saucepan. Heat over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until shreds are melted. Hold hot until service.
To build, place burger on bottom half of bun. Top with 1 ounce sautéed onion, 1 1/2 ounces sautéed bell peppers and 2 ounces cheese sauce. Cover with top half of bun. Serve immediately.
