Preparation

STEP 1

Combine all ingredients in steam table pan.

STEP 2

Cover.  Heat on full steam until sauce reaches 165°F for at least 15 seconds.

STEP 3

To serve, use two scant 2-ounce ladles for a 3-ounce serving.
