Deli Hoagie with Cracker Cuts recipe

Ingredients

  • 360 (1/2-ounce) slices | Deli turkey meat

Preparation

STEP 1

Place 2 Mild Cheddar Cracker Cuts on bottom half of each hoagie bun; top with 3 slices turkey and 2 more Cracker Cuts. Cover with top half of bun.

STEP 2

Wrap sandwich in deli foil. Refrigerate immediately. Consume within 3 days of assembling.

CCP: Maintain cold food at 41°F or below


Recipe Tips

Tip #1

Substitute hot dog bun for hoagie bun if needed and substitute deli meat as desired. Offer dressing packets and/or top with sliced vegetables as desired.

Tip #2

Serve as grab-and-go or as a take-home option with 1/2 cup fruit such as apple or orange slices and 1/2 cup vegetable such as carrot and celery sticks.
