Preparation
STEP 1
Heat macaroni and cheese in steamer to 165°F.
STEP 2
In large stock pot combine macaroni and cheese with remaining ingredients. Stir gently to combine.
CCP: Heat to 165°F for at least 15 seconds
STEP 3
Pour mixture into steam table pan, cover and hold in food warmer until service.
CCP: Maintain hot food at 135°F or above
