Creamy Chimi Sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 cups | Fresh parsley leaves
  • 4 cups | Fresh cilantro leaves
  • 2 cups | Yellow onion, chopped
  • 2/3 cup | Fresh jalapeño , seeded, chopped

Preparation

STEP 1

Combine all ingredients except Ultimate White Cheese Sauce Blend in food processor.  Process until finely chopped.

STEP 2

In a large lexan tub, mix Ultimate White Cheese Sauce Blend and herb mixture.

STEP 3

Cover tub with foil.  Heat for 15 to 20 minutes or until mixture reaches 165°F for 15 seconds.

CCP: Heat to 165°F for at least 15 seconds
