Cracker Cut Deli Bento recipe

Ingredients

  • 200 squares (50 ounces) | Land O Lakes®Mild Cheddar Cracker Cuts
  • 4 pounds 11 ounces (150 slices) | Deli turkey ham
  • 6 pounds 4 ounces | Low-sodium whole grain crackers
  • 12 1/2 cups (54 ounces) | Cucumbers, sliced
  • 12 1/2 cups (63 ounces) | Cherry tomatoes
  • 12 1/2 cups (56 ounces) | Baby carrots
  • 50 each | Apples, whole

Preparation

STEP 1

Lay out desired containers for packing bento ingredients.

STEP 2

To separate compartments of each bento, add:

4 Mild Cheddar Cracker Cuts (1 ounce)
1.5 ounces deli turkey ham (3 slices)
2 ounces whole grain crackers
1/4 cup cucumber
1/4 cup carrots
1/4 cup cherry tomatoes
1 apple (1/2 cup)

STEP 3

Cover bento. Refrigerate until service.

CCP: Maintain cold food at 41°F or below
