Lay out desired containers for packing bento ingredients.
To separate compartments of each bento, add:
4 Mild Cheddar Cracker Cuts (1 ounce)
1 hard-cooked egg
2 biscuits (2 ounces)
1 cup grapes
Cover bento. Refrigerate until service.
CCP: Maintain cold food at 41°F or below
Substitute any fruit from your inventory for the grapes. You can also substitute whole grain crackers for the biscuits. Note any substitutions may affect final nutrition.
