Ingredients

  • 12 1/2 cups (53 ounces) | Cucumbers, sliced
  • 25 cups (125 ounces) | Cherry tomatoes
  • 50 | Apples, whole

Preparation

STEP 1

Lay out desired containers for packing bento ingredients.

STEP 2

To separate compartments of each bento, add:

4 Mild Cheddar Cracker Cuts (1 ounce)
5 turkey coins
2 ounces whole grain crackers
1/4 cup cucumber
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
1 apple (1/2 cup)

STEP 3

Cover bento. Refrigerate until service.

CCP: Maintain cold food at 41°F or below
