Heat Extra Melt Cheese Sauce via one of the methods located on pouch.
In medium pan, sauté chorizo until fully cooked. Drain chorizo, reserving small amount of grease in pan. Chop chorizo into small pieces.
Add onion to sauté pan and heat until translucent.
In a medium saucepan, whisk together cheese sauce, chorizo, onion and chipotle peppers. Heat to 165°F.
Stir in chopped cilantro.
