Chorizo and Chipotle Craft Beer Queso with Extra Melt Yellow Cheese Sauce

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces | Beer (Lager or Bock)
  • 1 cup | Cilantro, chopped
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons | Canned chipotle peppers in adobo, finely chopped or puréed
Can Substitute Land O Lakes® Extra Melt® White Cheese Sauce

Preparation

STEP 1

Sauté chorizo until fully cooked, reserve a small amount of grease from chorizo.

STEP 2

Sauté onion in reserved grease until translucent.

STEP 3

Stir in Extra Melt Yellpw Cheese Sauce, beer, cilantro and chipotle peppers.  Heat to 165°F for 15 seconds.
