Preparation
STEP 1
Portion 1/4 cup (#16 scoop) chocolate pudding in bottom of parfait cup.
STEP 2
Layer 2 tablespoons fresh fruit on top of chocolate pudding.
STEP 3
Portion 1/4 cup (#16 scoop) of vanilla yogurt on top of fruit.
STEP 4
Layer 2 tablespoons fresh fruit on top of yogurt.
STEP 5
Top parfait with 2 tablespoons of granola.

Can use different mixtures of fresh or frozen fruit. Can use crumbled breakfast bar cookie in place of granola.
