Chipotle Lime Crema recipe

Ingredients

  • 5 | Canned chipotle peppers
  • 2 1/2 ounces (5 tablespoons) | Lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon plus 2 teaspoons | Adobo sauce (from can of chipotles)

Preparation

STEP 1

Combine chipotles, lime juice and adobo sauce in blender. Blend on high until smooth.

STEP 2

Combine chipotle puree and Extra Melt Monterey Jack Cheese Sauce in large bowl; whisk until smooth.

STEP 3

Hold crema chilled until service. Garnish individual servings with cilantro.
