Place half of beans, all of tomatoes, onion, celery and chipotle pepper powder into Robocoup or Cuisinart. Process until smooth.
Pour bean mixture into 4-inch deep half steam table pan.
Add remaining beans, Ultimate White Cheese Sauce Blend, water, cumin and pepper. Stir to combine.
Cover and cook in 350°F oven for 30 minutes until soup reaches 165°F.
CCP: Heat to 165°F for at least 15 seconds
Garnish with cilantro and sour cream, if desired.
