Chilled Three Ingredient Queso with Ultimate Creamy White™ Cheese Sauce

Yield: 35 servings | Serving Size: 3 1/2 ounces (one #10 scoop)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup | Canned jalapeño slices, *drained well, chopped
Can substitute 1/2 to 3/4 cup chopped, seeded fresh jalapeños.

Preparation

STEP 1

Combine all ingredients in large bowl; cover. Refrigerate immediately.

CCP: Maintain cold food at 41°F or below
Chill ready to eat food from 70°F to 41°F within 4 hours

STEP 2

Portion 3 1/2 ounces cold sauce (#10 scoop) into 4-ounce soufflé cups; cover.

STEP 3

Keep refrigerated until ready to serve. Portioned cups can be held refrigerated up to three days.

Drain the canned jalapeños well; otherwise, our high-protein sauce may break.
