Chilled Mediterranean Pasta Salad recipe

Ingredients

  • 64 ounces | Whole grain elbow macaroni, uncooked
  • 1 (106-ounce) pouch | Land O Lakes® Ultimate Creamy White™ Cheese Sauce
  • 1 pound 14 ounces (6 cups) | Frozen fully cooked diced chicken, thawed
  • 8 ounces (2 cups) | Green bell peppers, diced
  • 8 ounces (2 cups) | Yellow bell peppers, diced
  • 12 ounces (2 cups) | Red onions, diced
  • 2 tablespoons | Low-sodium Mediterranean seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon | Garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon | Ground red pepper (cayenne)

Preparation

STEP 1

Cook macaroni according to al dente according to manufacturer's instruction; drain. Cool completely.

STEP 2

Combine macaroni and all remaining ingredients in large bowl; mix well. Cover; refrigerate immediately.

CCP: Maintain cold food at 41°F or below
Chill ready to eat food from 70°F to 41°F within 4 hours
