STEP 1

Chill ready to eat food from 70°F to 41°F within 4 hours
STEP 2
Portion 3 ounces (level #12 scoop) cold sauce into 4-ounce souffle cups; cover.
STEP 3
Portioned cups can be held refrigerated up to 3 days. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
