Chicken Queso Wrap with Ultimate White Cheese Sauce

Chicken Queso Wrap recipe


  • 29 ounces | Canned roasted corn, drained
  • 15 ounces (2 1/2 cups) | Onions, diced
  • 70 (10-inch) | Whole-grain flour tortillas



Combine all ingredients in large bowl.


Refrigerate immediately until ready for assembly.


For assembly:

Lay out tortillas.
Portion 4.5 ounces (#8 scoop) onto each tortilla.
Wrap burrito-style, then wrap in deli foil.


Refrigerate immediately. Best if consumed within 24 hours of assembly.


Store refrigerated up to 2 days. If heating is desired, heat in foil until temperature reaches 165°F.

Tip #1

If holding refrigerated for two days, consider adding a layer of lettuce leaves to tortilla before adding chilled chicken queso. This gives an added crunch as well as a barrier to keep the tortilla from getting moist. Lettuce can also serve as an additional 1/4 cup veg to raise the CN to 1/2 cup per serving.
