Heat Extra Melt Cheese Sauce to 165°F using desired method. Stir in harissa and lemon juice. Hold warm until service.
Place Garlic & Herb Blend in small pot; cook over low heat until melted.
Toss chicken with salt and pepper. Alternately thread chicken, bell peppers and red onions onto 12-inch wooden skewers or thread chicken and vegetables onto separate skewers. Using spoon or basting brush, lightly coat vegetables with garlic & herb blend.
Place kebabs onto hot grill. Grill kebabs, basting with garlic & herb blend every time you flip them, 10-15 minutes or until internal temperature of chicken reaches 165°F and vegetables are fully cooked.
To serve, plate skewers; drizzle with warm cheese sauce. Garnish with cilantro, if desired.
