Chicken and Wild Rice Soup with Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces | Mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 ounces | Carrots, coarsely chopped
  • 4 ounces | Celery, sliced 1/4-inch
  • 1/2 cup | Onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons | Land O Lakes® Butter
  • 1 quart | Land O Lakes® Alfredo Sauce
  • 3 cups | Chicken broth
  • 1 quart | 12 ounces dry Cooked wild rice
  • 12 ounces | Cooked chicken, cubed
  • To taste | Freshly ground pepper

Preparation

STEP 1

In stockpot sauté mushrooms, carrots, celery and onion in butter until soft, stirring occasionally.

STEP 2

Stir in remaining ingredients.  Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until heated through and desired consistency.
