In half steam table pan, combine Macaroni and Cheese with all ingredients except ham, pickles and buns.
Cover and heat until mixture reaches 165°F for at least 15 seconds.
To assemble, place 3 slices turkey ham on toasted bun, top with 3 ounces macaroni and cheese and 1/4 teaspoon diced pickles.
