Spray full steam table pan with nonstick spray.
Place broccoli pieces into prepared pan.
Cover broccoli with thawed Macaroni and Cheese. Top with shredded cheese.
Combine Parmesan, breadcrumbs and paprika then sprinkle breadcrumb mixture over shredded cheddar. Cover.
Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes. Remove cover. Bake an additional 15 minutes or until the mixture reaches 165°F for 15 seconds and the topping is golden.
CCP: Heat to 165°F for at least 15 seconds
