Chef-Inspired Cheesy BBQ Pork Sliders with Mild Cheddar Cracker Cuts

Chef Inspired Cheesy BBQ Pork Sliders recipe


  • 16 ounces (2 cups) | Barbecue sauce
  • 30 ounces | Pork carnitas



Combine barbecue sauce and pork in saucepan; cook until mixture is heated to 165˚F for 15 seconds. Keep warm.

CCP: Heat to 165°F for at least 15 seconds
CCP: Maintain hot food at 140°F or above


Spray two full hotel pans with release spray or line with parchment paper.


Place bottom halves of buns in prepared pans (24 per pan). Top each with 1 Cracker Cut.


Divide pork mixture evenly among buns; top each with 1 more Cracker Cut, centered over bun. Cover with top halves of buns.


Cover with parchment paper and tightly seal pans with foil.


Bake sandwiches at 350°F until cheese is melted and sandwich is heated to 165°F for 15 seconds.
