Cheesy White Chicken Chili

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons | Cumin
  • 2 teaspoons | Garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon | Cayenne pepper

Preparation

STEP 1

Combine all ingredients in deep, full steam pan. Cover.

STEP 2

Heat until mixture reaches 165°F for at least 15 seconds.

CCP: Heat to 165°F for at least 15 seconds

STEP 3

Serve using a 6-ounce spoodle or #6 scoop.

CCP: Maintain hot food at 140°F or above
