Ultimate Cheddar™ Tikka Masala recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 (106-ounce) pouch | Land O Lakes® Ultimate Yellow™ Cheese Sauce
  • 77 ounces (24 cups) | Fully cooked diced chicken
  • 16 ounces (2 cups) | Reduced-sodium tomato sauce
  • 3 tablespoons | Curry powder
  • 2 tablespoons | Dehydrated onion flakes
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons | Garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon | Chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons | Paprika
  • 2 teaspoons | Garam masala

Preparation

STEP 1

Add all ingredients to deep half hotel pan. Combine thoroughly; cover. 

STEP 2

Heat until mixture reaches 165°F for 15 seconds. Hold hot until service.

CCP: Heat to 165°F for at least 15 seconds
CCP: Maintain hot food at 140°F or above
