Cheesy Queso Benedict with Queso Bravo Yellow Cheese Dip

Yield: 20 ounces | Serving Size: 1 English muffin, 2 eggs, 2 ounces sauce

Ingredients

  • 5 cups | Red and green peppers, julienned, sautéed
  • 2 1/2 cups | Onion, julienned, sautéed
  • 10 each | Chicken sausage, halved lengthwise, sliced crosswise

Preparation

STEP 1

Heat Queso Bravo Cheese Dip to 165°F for 15 seconds.  Hold hot.

STEP 2

Top each English muffin half with 1/4 cup peppers, 2 tablespoons onion, 2 pieces sausage, 1 poached egg, 1 ounce cheese sauce.  Serve immediately.
