Heat meatballs in marinara sauce until temperature reaches 165°F.
CCP: Heat to 165°F for at least 15 seconds
Place 2 slices cheese in each bun.
Place 3 meatballs in each bun, distributing sauce evenly among all subs; approximately 1 tablespoon extra sauce per sub.
Heat in conventional oven at 375°F for 5 minutes to melt cheese.
Wrap in foil and hold warm until service.
