Curried Bean Dip recipe

Ingredients

  • 58 ounces (8 3/4 cups) | Canned navy beans, rinsed, drained
  • 4 1/4 ounces (1 cup) | Golden raisins, coarsely chopped
  • 4 ounces (1/2 cup) | Reduced-sodium chicken stock
  • 2 1/2 ounces (1/3 cup) | Lemon juice

Preparation

STEP 1

Combine all ingredients except Ultimate Creamy White™ Cheese Sauce in stockpot. Using immersion blender, puree until smooth.

STEP 2

Add cheese sauce; puree until smooth. Serve chilled or heat to 165°F and hold warm until service.

CCP: Heat to 165°F for at least 15 seconds
CCP: Maintain cold food at 41°F or below
CCP: Maintain hot food at 140°F or above

Serve as you would a hummus or other bean dip with chips and vegetables for a grain and vegetable component.
