Cheesy Chicken Gravy with Ultimate White Cheese Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons | Low-sodium chicken base
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons | Onion powder

Preparation

STEP 1

Place Ultimate White Cheese Sauce, browning and seasoning sauce, chicken base and onion powder in a deep half steam table pan.  Stir to combine.

STEP 2

Cover with foil and heat on full steam until sauce reaches 165°F for 15 seconds.

CCP: Heat to 165°F for at least 15 seconds

STEP 3

Hold warm for service.

CCP: Maintain hot food at 135°F or above
