Place Ultimate White Cheese Sauce, browning and seasoning sauce, chicken base and onion powder in a deep half steam table pan. Stir to combine.
Cover with foil and heat on full steam until sauce reaches 165°F for 15 seconds.
CCP: Heat to 165°F for at least 15 seconds
Hold warm for service.
CCP: Maintain hot food at 135°F or above
Serve as a gravy for chicken or mashed potatoes. Serve as sauce for beef stroganoff.
