Prepare broccoli. Hold warm.


Heat with Ultimate Cheddar™ Cheese Sauce using desired method. Hold warm in pouch until ready for service.

CCP: Heat to 165°F for at least 15 seconds


When ready to serve, portion into desired container:

1 cup cooked broccoli (6.2 ounces)
3 ounces (#12 scoop) cheese sauce


Cover; hold warm until service.

CCP: Maintain hot food at 140°F or above

Tip #1

This recipe can be pre-portioned and reheated for heat-at-home application. Place broccoli and cheese into microwave-safe container. Add instructions to heat in microwave in 30-second intervals until broccoli and cheese are 165°F.
